Current participants include J. LaMore, Context Clothing, Citrine, Jazzman, Patricia Shoppe, Sukara Sterling, Maverick Clothing, NEWD Clothing Company, Flow Clothing Company, Anniefox Designs and April Rose Gedney. Current venues include the Majestic Theatre, Madison Avenue Nightclub, the Cardinal Bar, Crave Restaurant & Lounge, Headlines Salon and Ultimate Indulgence Spa.

Sixteen female and eight male models from previously held open calls have been selected to compete in 3 scheduled fashion shows. The audience will be able to vote for one model at each show. Votes will
accumulate during the week and the winners will be announced after the Saturday show. Judges will include industry professionals and will be present during the Saturday show and will submit a weighted vote to be
included in the final tally. First place winner will receive a title and $200, second place will receive $100 and third place will receive $50.  The models comprise of both amateurs and professionals. Three of the competing models are booked to appear in the Spring 2009 Chicago Fashion Week this Fall. One male model was selected by Cosmopolitan
magazine as the Illinois Bachelor of the Year 2007.

Rosalee Eichstedt of Paperdolls Consulting has been retained as the show’s stylist. Headlines Salon is the beauty sponsor and will be providing all the hair and make-up needs. Ultimate Indulgence Spa will be providing select models airbrush tanning. Milwaukee’s Sweetface Promotions is providing runway show planning consultation. CreditCovers.com will be sponsoring the gift certificate awards for “Best Dressed” at the Fashion Fridays after-party.
